We don’t offer refunds, but unused edits can roll over for up to 30 days to keep your pipeline flexible.
We accept all major credit cards and bank transfers. Payments are billed monthly at the start of each cycle to lock in your editor slot.
Nope. Just DM your CSM on Slack (or email) to enable/disable any Add-On. We'll implement the change within one Business Day and pro-rate the charge accordingly.
Pay via credit card (Stripe), ACH, or Wise. Cancel anytime with 5 Business Days' notice before your next billing cycle. We’ll complete any active work and invoice overages. No refunds on elapsed periods.
Your Pod keeps editing—no work stoppage. Overflow is billed per extra EU (per EU price varies depending on tier) on your next invoice. If you’re seeing consistent overflow, ask your CSM to upgrade your tier or activate an Extra Concurrent Slot.
We average 48–72 hours per short-form edit, and 5–7 days for long-form videos, depending on complexity.
Editors are Philippines-based (GMT+8). TLs overlap U.S. mornings. With Night-Shift active, the full Pod aligns with U.S. hours.
Yes. Activate the Night-Shift Pod, and your editors will work 9am–5pm U.S. Eastern (or Central/Pacific) for same-day loops and real-time feedback
Essentials starts with 2 editors, scaling up to 8 editors in Agency Pods. Each Pod has a Team Lead (TL), Quality Control (QC), and oversight by a Customer Success Manager (CSM).
For smaller accounts, we typically complete setup within 3 business days. For larger accounts, allow up to 10 business days.
We’ll handle workspace setup, brief your assigned Pod, and aim to go live by Day 4. (Please note: weekends may extend the timeline slightly.)
English captions are included. Human-translated subtitles are available via custom Add-On—quoted based on length and language.
Yes. Light motion (lower thirds, transitions) is included. Advanced motion (tracked graphics, custom animation) is available as a scoped Add-On—typically 2–3 EUs per piece.
Yes—unused EUs automatically roll over and stay valid for 60 days. You’ll see your balance in your EU tracker.
We ingest nearly everything: .MOV, .MP4, ProRes, MXF, R3D, BRAW. We export H.264 MP4 (10 Mbps) by default, or ProRes, 9:16, or caption-burned versions on request.
Primary color correction (white balance, exposure, brand LUTs) is included in every plan. Want stylized looks or full scene-matching? Redeem an Advanced Colour Pass (0.5 EUs) per cut.
We use Frame.io as our default review platform — giving you version comparison, frame-accurate comments, and unlimited reviewer links right out of the box.
Prefer something else, like Dropbox Replay or Wipster? Just let us know. We're flexible.
Each video output is eligible for 2 rounds of edits free or charge. Cost will occur once you’ve exceeded the free revisions. Any major revision that deviates from the original brief provided will not count as a free revision.
At Razor Post, we want to ensure clarity and alignment throughout the process. Here's how we define revisions:
These are changes you request after delivery that reflect a change of mind, new direction, or additional input not provided in the original brief. Examples include:
These revisions typically fall under our standard revision rounds.
These revisions occur when the delivered work does not align with the original brief, documented feedback, or agreed-upon scope. Examples include:
These revisions are our responsibility to fix at no additional cost.
To avoid confusion, we:
We operate remotely with strict data governance protocols regardless of location, ensuring your files remain secure and confidential.
You retain full ownership and rights to all final deliverables. Razor Post does not claim any usage rights unless explicit permission is granted for portfolio display.
Absolutely. We’re happy to sign your NDA or provide our standard confidentiality agreement to protect your content and IP.
All files are stored on encrypted cloud storage platforms with restricted access granted only to your assigned editors and project managers.
You do—100%. Once payment is complete, all Deliverables and project files are yours to repurpose, resell, or remix. We however reserve the right to showcase final edits as part of our portfolio.
Only while editing. Raw files are permanently deleted 30 days after a project is marked complete. Finished edits and project files are archived in Dropbox for 12 months.
Razor Post gives you a fully managed editing system—not just an editor. You get trained editors, project management, quality control, and scalable workflows without needing to micromanage or worry about ghosting.
Cheaper options look good until the revisions pile up, deadlines slip, or style breaks down. We invest in throughput, not just access. Our Pods deliver on time, with polish—so you spend less time chasing editors and more time publishing.
• Multi-editor Pods—not one-man queues• Brand-safe consistency via TL & QC
• Effort-based billing—no vague “limits”
• Real-time revision loops (especially on Night-Shift)
• 60-day EU rollover• Security-first storage & deletion protocol
Result: fewer delays, fewer surprises, lower lifetime cost of content.
